   *Sun: Solus, Herios, Anar, the list goes on.  The sun and the sun god have as many names as there are languages.  A close match to Earth's sun in appearance and behavior.  The sun god was one of the earliest to appear, and was described by the younger gods as stuck-up and aloof.
+  *Lunistria: The planet is slightly larger than Earth (to fit in more weirdness), and has roughly the same land/sea coverage balance and axial tilt.  It is accepted fact that the world **IS** round: the gods told everyone so thousands of years ago.  Getting them to explain the exact //size// of Lunistria never got anywhere: they all appear to treat the world as a single measure, and seemed incapable of comprehending mortals' incomprehension of such scale.  "How big is the world?" "One."  "How far around is the Equator?" "Once."  "How heavy is the world?" "One, didn't we just go over that?"
   *Moons: Lunistria has three moons.
     * The White Moon: approximately twice the diameter of Earth's moon when viewed from the ground, the White Moon goes around Lunistria every 32 days.  This matches the menstrual cycle of most mammalian sentient races.  The moon appears otherwise ordinary, and is the subject of a great deal of romantic poetry, music, and theological debate.

     * Hope: The goddess of Hope is said to rule the planet nearest Lunistria's sun.  Her light can remind you a new day is coming, or shine upon you even after the sun sets.
     * Mercy: The next planet out from Lunistria is said to be ruled by the goddess of Mercy.  Larger than Mars visually, and of a softer cream-white coloration.

     * Secrecy: This world is not always visible at night, sometimes vanishing from the sky for years or decades at a time.  Presumably it has a relatively low albedo and an orbit just eccentric enough to dim its light enough to be unnoticeable at aphelion.
   * Constellations: There are one hundred main constellations, representing the gods not covered by the sun, planets, or the Red Moon.  There is an enormous amount of debate over the meaning and existence of the lesser constellations, sometimes heated, and in one case, leading to war.
