One of the more common results of spontaneous goblinism.  Halvelings are **NOT** Hobbits©™®: they quite simply appear to be normal humans that are half the height of normal.  First generation Halvelings generally felt an all encompassing desire to "never grow up".  Of the goblin tribes, Halvelings are the most common partners for Wargs.
