**Noctmere**: An undead creature native to the [[Elven Principlaities]]. A skeletal quadruped the rough size and build of a horse, with the skull of a warg for a head, and filled with green flame. Noctmeres spend the day roaming the bottom of lakes and rivers, and the night searching for victims. Survivors of a noctmere attack will suffer nightmares until the curse is lifted, or they drown themselves. They are willing mounts for Morguls.

**Nue**: A Yamato region chimera with the head of a monkey, the body of a raccoon dog, the legs (and size) of a tiger, and a snake-headed tail. It can call lightning down upon itself and surroundings with complete immunity, and survivors of its bite will be plagued by nightmares until either the curse is removed, or they give themselves up to the Nue.
