Adventurers need resupply, and the ones that venture into the Deepmaw are no different. The Mercantile is a combination Inn/Stable/General Store set up in a basic palisade just inside the woods surrounding the Deepmaw's hill. Being only a couple hour's walk from town, the amenities don't need to be exhaustive, merely sufficient.

• Belladonna Whitlock: Clem's mother, half-elf. Runs the shop, handles money, deals with town merchants and officials.
• Clem Whitlock: Human male, runs the Mercantile with his immediate family. Also a reserve officer in the Fort Sinister guards.
• Jian: Male Uruk of Mandarinate lineage. Tends bar, and has mastered a geomancy based healing utilizing the energies of the land.
• Tammy Whitlock: Clem's wife, human, primary cook for the Mercantile.
• Zeb, Zed, and Zack Whitlock: Clem and Tammy's sons: triplets, age twelve. Take care of beasts and chores. Born with a unique Mind magic gift that works on animals, and each other.
