 The other major product of the reach is shaped chitin products.  The carapace-shapers craft the bounty of giant bug parts available to them in ways that span the arts of woodcraft and the modern plastics industry.  It is said that grand master [[Nagus]] can literally reshape chitin with his bare hands.  (The Bogans don't let him engage with bug incursions any more: he's getting on in years, and might strain something)
