Dawnbalm is a temperate zone forest herb. It grows best in shades, moist, and somewhat acidic conditions. It can be cultivated, but the wild varieties are generally considered superior.
Dawnbalm’s primary use is in the relief of menstrual cramps and related issues. Secondarily, it is popular as a “day after” pregnancy preventative.
