Overview
Echad Tercen is a southern village on the shores of the Lake of Dreams. The population is entirely Elven, specifically several commoner families from House Gnosis territory. They emigrated to the Lake over a hundred years ago, seeking to use the nature of the Lake to control if not neutralize their talents.
