Pumakin
One of the oldest goblin races (some of the early gods had a thing for cats), and a common result on the Spntaneous Goblinism table. Most (not all) Pumakin are anthropomorphic cougars (North American Mountain Lion), averaging about five feet in height.
Pantherans are the Yamato-specific sub breed of Pumakin, who through excessive breeding with humans have reduced their outwardly visible feline traits to cat ears, claws, and tails only. Functionally no different from their more widespread kin.
