Tower of Serrin
The Tower of Serrin is a community in the Fallow Marches in the vicinity of Fort Sinister. Most of the community dwells in a thirty-story theatrical tower similar to the Spire of Mirabel. There are a number of ground-level structures surrounding the spire, serving those activities that need direct access to water, fuel, or livestock. The automatic performance of Gondor The Magnificent's Very Bad Day was disabled almost immediately after the tower was reoccupied.
Location
The Hall is located in the Camwood approximately ten miles west of Fort Sinister, and slightly south of the Deepmaw.
Population
The tower was occupied a little over two centuries ago by a community of fire elves who had chosen to cut ties with House Salamander. Just under one hundred full blooded elves of several bloodlines dwell there today, along with a dozen members of other races, and around thirty half-elves.
Economy
The residents of the tower engage in a variety of magic-enchanced crafts, involving wood, metal, stone, and the culinary arts. They also possess a wide array of arcane knowledge, and offer consultations for the proper fee.
