Fundamentally seven foot tall Viera, not counting the ears. Franai historically are most common in the Kring and Tikume plains, and the Hazad Caliphate, but like most races, they've spread. Franai are known for speed, endurance, and a penchant for ranged combat that you don't normally see in the Hobgoblin races. And yes, there are males out there, the average Franai is lean enough that it isn't hard to be confused at first glance.
