Woodhurst is a small town (pop. 213) located ~15 miles north of Woodsdrop and ~12 miles west of Digglett's Bluff. Woodhurst is fully independent, and predated the Blackstone Freeholding's foundation by at least a century.

The population of Woodhurst is entirely human, clearly interrelated, and all devout followers of the Goddess of Purity. They live a simple, almost monastic lifestyle, eschewing all magic save the blessings of the town priests. Blackstone citizens tend to consider them odd, if harmless.

Woodhurst supports itself with subsidence level farming, and harvesting the bounty of the surrounding forest. Once per month they will send three envoys to the Newhaven market to trade for the few goods they cannot manufacture on their own.

Visitors to Woodhurst will be provided the three days of minimal hospitality that custom demands, and no more. Said visitors rarely last that long, as spending three days in a town where no one talks to you, everyone prays most of the time, and where there isn't an inn, tavern or pub, becomes disconcerting quickly.

• Lake Hiddendeep: A large lake north of town. The fishing is good, though the water remains chilly even in the warmest of summers. Local legends tell that it is bottomless.
• Minas Annatar: Purported to be former palace of Prince Annatar, the last House Glamourous ruler to dwell in these lands. The casual visitor will find it overgrown and looted. The folk of Woodhurst consider it cursed.
• Sluicingcreek: the outlet stream for Lake Hiddendeep. There is a pool two miles west of Woodhurst the locals use in a cleansing ritual, sluicing their sins away and casting them back into the world. The Sluicingcreek connects to the Gonglin River
